  Sustainability has become a priority and a crucial part of our present and future activities. Unfortunately, the pandemic has stopped and slowed down a few actions, but we are committed to be sustainable and respectful to the environment and our community.

  We do recycle and now (with masks and gloves) we are even more aware and cautious.

  We also try to be as paper free as we can, thus we recently developed a web app for all guests’ procedures to be contactless and online.

  We always investigate power saving buildings and our new developments would be sustainable.

  Recognizing the importance of safer products, we use eco-friendly products for our housekeeping (EcoLab).

  Regarding gastronomy, we source most of our products from the local community and we are putting all our efforts to reduce food waste from our restaurants.
