Promoted Content Services Terms
The following Service Terms and Conditions (“Service Terms”) apply to Customers to the extent the specific Service is included in the applicable ordering document. PETIT PASSEPORT may update these Service Terms periodically. PETIT PASSEPORT reserves the right to upgrade, update or discontinue any aspect or feature of a Service in whole or in part; provided, however, that if PETIT PASSEPORT discontinues a Service in whole during the term of an ordering document, then PETIT PASSEPORT will provide Customer with an alternative or replacement service.
Promoted Content Services
The following terms (the “PETIT PASSEPORT Promoted Content Services Agreement” or “Agreement”) apply to your use of PETIT PASSEPORT’s online promoted content platform and the associated self-serve, promoted content services (the “Promoted Content Services”). The Promoted Content Services allow your promoted content (services, resources, ads, promotional offers, events, etc.) to be displayed on PETIT PASSEPORT’s website (PetitPasseport.com), to be sent PETIT PASSEPORT Members via email, and to be shared on third-party social media sites (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, etc.) by PETIT PASSEPORT and its official representatives. By registering for or using our online Promoted Content Services platform or our Promoted Content Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Agreement
When you use our Promoted Content Services you agree to this Promoted Content Services Agreement, our Promoted Content Services Policies and the terms for optional features.
If you use the Promoted Content Services for a third party, you must be authorized by that third party to do so.
In addition to the PETIT PASSEPORT Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, this Promoted Content Services Agreement and our Promoted Content Services Policies apply to the access and use of the Promoted Content Services. Additional terms may apply to specific features of the Promoted Content Services. For example, additional terms included herein apply to the use of optional features, such as Insights Services and Lead Generation Forms.
If you have entered into a separate agreement with PETIT PASSEPORT with terms that cover subject matter also addressed in this Promoted Content Services Agreement, those separate terms govern with respect to that subject matter but this Promoted Content Services Agreement (including the Promoted Content Services Policies and the Terms for Optional Features) governs with respect to any additional subject matter. Otherwise, this Promoted Content Services Agreement (including the Promoted Content Services Policies and the Terms for Optional Features) governs with respect to all use of the Promoted Content Services.
If you are accessing or using the Promoted Content Services on behalf of a business or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and to bind that business or third party to this Promoted Content Services Agreement, and your agreement to this Promoted Content Services Agreement will be treated as their respective agreement. In this event, PETIT PASSEPORT may hold you responsible for violations of this Promoted Content Services Agreement by that business or third party, and "you," "your" and "party" will also refer and apply to that business or third party.
2. Promoted Content Services
Your use of the Promoted Content Services must comply with Applicable Law and all applicable terms.
You are responsible for use of the Promoted Content Services through your account.
If you use the Promoted Content Services for a business, that business can receive information about your use and remove you from its accounts.
We may reject Promoted Content, modify or terminate the Promoted Content Services. See the Promoted Content Services Policies for more information.
You are responsible for: (i) all promoted content and content thereof submitted by or on your behalf through the Promoted Content Services or otherwise to PETIT PASSEPORT (collectively, your "Promoted Content"); (ii) all targeting or trafficking decisions made by or on your behalf; (iii) all content and property to which your Promoted Content directs viewers, as well as redirects ("Destinations"); and (iv) all services and products advertised on Destinations ("Promoted Services and Products").
Except as expressly agreed by PETIT PASSEPORT in writing, PETIT PASSEPORT will determine the size, placement and positioning of your Promoted Content. PETIT PASSEPORT will display your Promoted Content as space becomes available on the PETIT PASSEPORT website and/or in other PETIT PASSEPORT communications, if applicable. Your Promoted Content, Destinations, Promoted Services and Products and use of the Promoted Content Services must comply with the Promoted Content Services Policies and all applicable laws, self-regulatory rules, industry rules and governmental requirements (collectively, "Applicable Law").
You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account, including any purchases made or charges incurred. If you identify that you are using the Promoted Content Services on behalf of a business, you agree that PETIT PASSEPORT may share information about your purchases and use of the Promoted Content Services with that business, including its representatives and agents. If that business indicates that you are no longer authorized to place Promoted Content orders on its behalf (e.g., if you leave that business or change roles within that business), you agree you may be removed from accounts associated with that business.
Without limiting the prohibitions in the Promoted Content Services Policies or Terms of Use, you will not, and you will not enable or authorize any third party to (i) engage in illegal or fraudulent conduct (for example, to discriminate against protected classes), including by virtue of the Promoted Content, Destinations, Promoted Services and Products or use of the Promoted Content Services, (ii) except as expressly authorized by PETIT PASSEPORT in writing, use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, query or otherwise collect information from the Properties, (iii) except as expressly authorized by PETIT PASSEPORT in writing, copy, modify or create derivative works of the Promoted Content Services or any related technology, (iv) provide Promoted Content that asserts or implies personal characteristics, or (v) provide Promoted Content that contains malware, spyware or any other malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Promoted Content Services or any device or system or breach or circumvent any security measure of PETIT PASSEPORT or a third party. PETIT PASSEPORT may reject, remove or not deliver any Promoted Content at any time for any reason, including to comply with Applicable Law (defined below).
PETIT PASSEPORT may, in its sole discretion, modify, or terminate any part or all of the Promoted Content Services or suspend your ability to use the Promoted Content Services (including in instances where you do not meet PETIT PASSEPORT’s credit approval requirements). PETIT PASSEPORT retains the complete and unqualified right to display Promoted Content for its own products and services.
3. Fees, Payment and Cancellation
You agree to pay the fee shown on the applicable order form at the time of purchase ("Fee"). You also agree to pay all applicable transaction taxes (federal, state, and local sales and similar transaction taxes), government charges and foreign exchange fees.
PETIT PASSEPORT will charge your designated payment method for the full Order Fee upon confirmation of the order. All amounts paid are non-refundable. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. PETIT PASSEPORT may charge interest for any overdue amounts at the rate of the lesser of 1% per month or the lawful maximum, and you agree to reimburse us for all collection costs for overdue amounts. PETIT PASSEPORT may store and update (e.g., upon expiration) your payment method in your account for use with subsequent orders and purchases submitted through your account.
Any unredeemed Promoted Content Services order credits that you may accrue are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used prior to termination of this Promoted Content Services Agreement or your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy
You grant us a license to your promoted content to perform the Promoted Content Services.
We may use testimonials or feedback you choose to provide.
PETIT PASSEPORT's pricing, metrics, member demographics and beta features are confidential.
Each party will post a complete and accurate privacy policy on their respective websites.
You may not target Promoted Content Services based on Sensitive Data.
You may use Promoted Content Services Data only on an aggregate and anonymous basis to assess the performance and effectiveness of your campaigns and to optimize your campaigns. You must protect the confidentiality of Promoted Content Services Data using industry standard security safeguards.
You grant to PETIT PASSEPORT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute and publish your Promoted Content in connection with the performance of the Promoted Content Services (including for testing, compliance, marketing and promotional purposes). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights (including intellectual property rights) to your Promoted Content (including to grant the license above).
If you choose to provide suggestions and feedback to PETIT PASSEPORT, you agree that PETIT PASSEPORT can (but does not have to) use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You may not disclose any information about PETIT PASSEPORT's pricing, metrics, member demographics or beta features. If you provide testimonials about our Promoted Content Services or submit Promoted Content to PETIT PASSEPORT, we may post those testimonials and Promoted Content in connection with our promotion of the Promoted Content Services. PETIT PASSEPORT reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Promoted Content Services as further described in the Terms of Use.
Each party will comply with Applicable Law relating to its performance of this Promoted Content Services Agreement, including US privacy and security laws and the California Transparency Laws (“California Consumer Privacy Act” or “CCPA”). As provided in PETIT PASSEPORT’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), we may use device identifiers obtained on and off our Services for our Promoted Content Services, including to determine which devices our members may use and to display Promoted Content to them on their different devices. Each party will prominently post a complete and accurate privacy policy on its websites, including with respect to cross-device tracking and ad targeting. Without limiting the prohibitions in the Promoted Content Services Policies or Terms of Use, you will not, and you will not enable or authorize any third party to, (i) except with the explicit opt-in consent of the applicable individual, associate any data obtained in connection with the Promoted Content Services (“Promoted Content Services Data”) with data that is personally identifiable (as defined by Applicable Law) ("Personal Data") or otherwise re-identify such data, or (ii) target Promoted Content based on sensitive data (as defined by Applicable Law) (“Sensitive Data”).
Except as expressly provided in the Terms for Lead Generation Forms with respect to Form Data, you may use Promoted Content Services Data only on an aggregate and anonymous basis to assess the performance and effectiveness of your campaigns using the Promoted Content Services and to optimize your campaigns. Promoted Content Services Data includes Form Data and data collected through pixels included with your Promoted Content. You agree to use reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of Promoted Content Services Data and to use appropriate security safeguards to protect Promoted Content Services Data in accordance with industry standards.
You may share Promoted Content Services Data only with someone authorized on your behalf, such as a service provider, provided that you are responsible for ensuring their respective compliance with this Promoted Content Services Agreement and for limiting their respective use of the Promoted Content Services Data on your behalf.
Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not: (i) sell the Promoted Content Services Data; (ii) combine the Promoted Content Services Data with any data obtained by or on behalf of another PETIT PASSEPORT Member; or (iii) except for use solely on your own behalf in compliance with this Promoted Content Services Agreement, transfer any Promoted Content Services Data (including anonymous, aggregate, or derived data) to any ad network, ad exchange, data broker or other advertising or monetization related service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER LAW, IN ADDITION TO DISCLAIMING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND OTHER WARRANTIES AS PROVIDED IN THE TERMS OF USE, PETIT PASSEPORT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION ON WHICH TARGETING CATEGORIES ARE BASED (E.G., MEMBER PROFILE INFORMATION OR SEGMENTS THAT YOU OR THIRD PARTIES PROVIDE), THE NATURE AND CONTENT OF THE PETIT PASSEPORT WEBSITE PAGES ON WHICH PROMOTED CONTENT IS DISPLAYED, THE RESULTS OF YOUR CAMPAIGNS AND OTHER USES OF THE PROMOTED CONTENT SERVICES.
6. Indemnity
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY REVIEW OR APPROVAL OF ANY PROMOTED CONTENT BY PETIT PASSEPORT, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY PETIT PASSEPORT AND HOLD PETIT PASSEPORT HARMLESS FROM ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES AND COSTS (INCLUDING, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) RELATED TO THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OR PROCEEDINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PROMOTED CONTENT, DESTINATIONS, PROMOTED SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, USE OF THE PROMOTED CONTENT SERVICES AND BREACH OF THIS PROMOTED CONTENT SERVICES AGREEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY, INCLUDING ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATED COMPANIES, WILL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTED CONTENT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
NEITHER PARTY, INCLUDING ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATED COMPANIES, WILL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTED CONTENT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR AN AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS THE LESSER OF (I) THE TOTAL FEES PAID OR PAYABLE TO PETIT PASSEPORT DURING THE 1-MONTH PERIOD BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR (II) USD $1,000.00.
THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY DO NOT APPLY TO A PARTY'S (I) PAYMENT, CONFIDENTIALITY OR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS; (II) LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT; (III) LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY; OR (IV) VIOLATION OF THE OTHER PARTY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
8. Data Protection
If either party processes Personal Data on behalf of the other pursuant to this Promoted Content Services Agreement, then we will each comply with all applicable US data protection laws and regulations, the DPA, and, if applicable, GDPR requirements.
9. Miscellaneous
The provisions of the Terms of Use relating to feature-specific terms, interpretation, notice and assignability apply to this Promoted Content Services Agreement and the Promoted Content Services. Neither party relies on any undertaking, promise, assurance, statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether in writing or not) of any person (whether a party to this Promoted Content Services Agreement or not) relating to the subject matter of this Promoted Content Services Agreement, other than as stated in this Promoted Content Services Agreement. This Promoted Content Services Agreement does not create a partnership, agency relationship, employer relationship or joint venture between the parties.
PETIT PASSEPORT may change the terms of this Promoted Content Services Agreement by notice to you (for example, by a notice displayed in the Promoted Content Services, email, text message or mail), and both parties agree that changes cannot be retroactive. If you do not agree to these changes, you must stop using the Promoted Content Services. The following provisions of this Promoted Content Services Agreement survive its termination: Sections 2 through 4, as well as Sections 6 through 9.
This Promoted Content Services Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any action or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement, which the Parties will not be able to resolve amicably, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kansas, US. The prevailing party in any litigation may seek to recover its legal fees and costs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have your registered office within the European Union, PETIT PASSEPORT may agree to facilitate referral of a dispute to the American Dispute Resolution Center (ADRC) in the first instance where, due to the nature of the dispute, such referral is likely to bring about a prompt and definitive resolution.
Additional Terms for Optional Features:
If you have entered into a separate Services Agreement with PETIT PASSEPORT with terms that cover subject matter also addressed in the Promoted Content Services Agreement, those separate terms govern with respect to that subject matter but the Promoted Content Services Agreement (including the Promoted Content Services Policies and the Terms for Optional Features) still governs with respect to any additional subject matter (e.g., insights services, lead generation forms, etc.). Otherwise, the Promoted Content Services Agreement (including the Promoted Content Services Policies and the Terms for Optional Features) govern with respect to all use of the Promoted Content Services. PETIT PASSEPORT may, in its sole discretion, modify, or terminate any part or all of the Optional Features or suspend your ability to use the Optional Features (including in instances where you do not meet PETIT PASSEPORT’s credit approval requirements).
Data Transfer Terms:
If you transfer Personal Data to us, we must authorize the transfer and we will only process the data if you are the Data Controller.
You may not transfer data regarding children or Sensitive Data to PETIT PASSEPORT.
You agree that under Applicable Law, you have provided sufficiently clear, meaningful and prominent notice to, and have the appropriate consent from, the applicable individuals regarding any collection, disclosure, use and security of their information (e.g., Event Data and other Audience Data) for the activities under these terms (e.g., online behavioral advertising or interest-based advertising). You are responsible for the accuracy and your use of Audience Data.
Except as expressly authorized by PETIT PASSEPORT in writing, you agree not to transfer to PETIT PASSEPORT any Personal Data (whether Audience Data or otherwise). Insofar as the Personal Data of individuals located in the EU/EEA is disclosed to, or otherwise processed by PETIT PASSEPORT, you agree that you are a Data Controller (as defined by Applicable Law). PETIT PASSEPORT processes such Personal Data only on your behalf and subject to your instructions, including specifically to improve the Promoted Content Services by (i) optimizing relevance algorithms and (ii) finding PETIT PASSEPORT members probabilistically across devices. With respect to the Personal Data of European Union residents, all parties agree to comply with the applicable standard contractual clauses Without limiting the foregoing, you will not transfer to PETIT PASSEPORT any data that you know or reasonably should know is from or about children under the age of 13 or that includes Sensitive Data.
PETIT PASSEPORT may use your Audience Data to provide you insights (which do not identify individual members) about the population associated with that dataset, the targeting or performance of your Ads or to optimize your campaigns. PETIT PASSEPORT may use your Event Data, whether during or after the term of the Promoted Content Services Agreement, to optimize the systems of PETIT PASSEPORT and find PETIT PASSEPORT members probabilistically, provided that PETIT PASSEPORT will: (i) prior to optimizing PETIT PASSEPORT's systems, remove the direct association to personal identifiers from such Event Data to avoid identifying members or advertisers; (ii) not allow other advertisers or third parties to target Promoted Content on the basis of such Event Data; and (iii) not create or enhance individual behavioral profiles based on Event Data. Except for the limited use cases of Event Data specified in this Agreement, PETIT PASSEPORT does not use, sell or otherwise share with third parties any Event Data or other Audience Data. Audience Data (including Event Data) are subject to PETIT PASSEPORT's Privacy Policy, including PETIT PASSEPORT's obligation to implement appropriate security safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with industry standards.
Terms for Lead Generation Forms:
PETIT PASSEPORT offers Promoted Content that allows people to submit their contact and other information to you ("Lead Generation Forms" or “Form Data”). These terms apply if you use Lead Generation Forms.
Other than for housing, credit or employment purposes, you may use Form Data for your own lawful purposes agreed to by the individual. PETIT PASSEPORT uses standardized Form Data fields and does not permit the collection of Sensitive data through Lead Generation Forms.
Subject to the Privacy Policy linked to in the Lead Generation Forms, the privacy requests and expectations of the applicable individual, Applicable Law and these terms, as well as the scope of any consents obtained through the Lead Generation Forms, you may: (i) use Form Data and (ii) share Form Data only with someone acting on your behalf, such as your service provider, provided that you are responsible for ensuring their respective compliance with the Promoted Content Services Agreement and for limiting their respective use of Form Data on your behalf. You may not: (i) sell Form Data under any circumstances; or (ii) use Form Data in any unlawful manner (e.g., unlawful discrimination). If any individual requests to opt-out or have their Form Data deleted, you will honor such request promptly.
The Form Data generally will be available to you or an authorized third party through PETIT PASSEPORT for ninety (90) days, and you or such third party are responsible for promptly obtaining a copy of and storing Form Data on your behalf.
Terms for Third Party Reporting:
At your choice, we may transfer your data to authorized third parties for analysis, reporting and attribution.
To the extent you participate in data analysis, reporting and attribution programs with authorized third parties, you grant PETIT PASSEPORT the right to transfer your campaign and performance data to such third parties for purposes of providing campaign analytics, reporting, attribution other lawful purposes for which you have authorized such third parties, subject to the Promoted Content Services Agreement.
PETIT PASSEPORT Promoted Content Services Policies
1. Overview
PETIT PASSEPORT’s mission is to encourage more families to explore the world together by elevating family travel. We believe that Promoted Content through our Service should be relevant and useful to our Members. These Promoted Content Services Policies will help you to determine whether your promoted content is appropriate for PETIT PASSEPORT and our Members.
2. The Promoted Content Review Process
In order to maintain the quality and integrity of PETIT PASSEPORT, promoted content will not be published to our Members until approved through our Promoted Content review process, which checks your Promoted Content against the policies we detail below. We strive to review Promoted Content as soon as possible and usually do so within 24 hours.
3. What To Do If Your Promoted Content Is Rejected
If your Promoted Content is rejected, we’ll provide the reason via email notification and in your Order History. If you prefer, you can edit your Promoted Content to comply with our policies and resubmit. If you have further questions, please Contact Us.
4. Prohibited Content
Illegal Products, Services and Activities. Promoted Content for illegal products, services and activities are prohibited. Promoted Content must comply with all applicable laws, including laws covering what content is allowed in Promoted Content and how Promoted Content is targeted.
Discrimination. PETIT PASSEPORT does not tolerate discrimination based on age, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity, race, color, national origin or sexual preference. Promoted Content must comply with this as well as all laws, including laws that prohibit discrimination in connection with education, housing, credit and employment.
Offensive / Not in Good Taste. Promoted Content must not be offensive, or deemed by the PETIT PASSEPORT Content Review Process to not be in good taste. This means Promoted Content must not be, for example, hateful, vulgar, sexually suggestive or violent, political in nature or not appropriate for the PETIT PASSEPORT platform or its intended audience. In special circumstances, PETIT PASSEPORT may determine that Promoted Content that was acceptable is no longer appropriate as we update our policies to reflect new laws, societal norms, or clarify our position.
Fraud and Deception. Promoted Content must not be fraudulent or deceptive. Your product or service must accurately match the content of your Promoted Content. Any claims in your Promoted Content must have factual support. Do not make deceptive or inaccurate claims about competitive products or services. Do not imply you or your product are affiliated with or endorsed by others without their permission. Do not promote prices or offers that are inaccurate. Any promoted discount, offer or price must be easily discoverable from the link in your Promoted Content.
Trademark Infringement. Promoted Content must not use trademarks belonging to third parties unless express permission has been granted by the trademark owner. You should not use trademarks, logos, service marks or company names in a way that would be confusing to the user, or imply an affiliation or endorsement when there is none. Trademark owners can send concerns about the use of their trademarks to PETIT PASSEPORT via the Contact Us form.
Copyright Infringement. Promoted Content must not use copyrights belonging to third parties unless express permission has been granted by the copyright owner. If you believe in good faith that your copyright has been infringed, please visit our Copyright Policy to learn how to submit a notice of copyright infringement.
Fake Documents and Related Services. Promoted Content for fake documents and related services are prohibited.
Incomplete Promoted Content. Incomplete Promoted Content will be rejected. If your Promoted Content is rejected as incomplete, you are encouraged to finalize it and resubmit.
5. Restricted Content
Not Relevant to PETIT PASSEPORT Members or PETIT PASSEPORT Mission. PETIT PASSEPORT reserves the right to reject Promoted Content deemed during the Promoted Content Review process to not be relevant to its Members or to the mission of PETIT PASSEPORT.
Not In Good Taste. PETIT PASSEPORT reserves the right to reject Promoted Content deemed to not be in good taste for our Members and mission.
6. Safety and Privacy
Promoted Content must not promote or endorse products, services or actions that would result in a breach of PETIT PASSEPORT’s Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, or that may result in harm to PETIT PASSEPORT or its members.
The products and services advertised in your Promoted Content must have fair billing practices and follow all applicable laws.
Do not use Promoted Content to promote, install or distribute malicious software. Software should only be installed with the permission of the User and should be readily removable by the User.
Do not use Promoted Content to promote a website that tricks a User into providing personal or other information.
If you collect sensitive information on the site linked to the Promoted Content, you must use HTTPS. Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to, financial info, government-issued identification info, medical info, login info such as usernames and passwords and sensitive characteristics such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, sexual orientation, criminal record, information regarding minors or students.
Do not deceive, confuse or otherwise degrade the experience of Users who click on your Promoted Content. The domain of your Display URL must match the domain of your Destination URL. The landing page must allow Users to navigate away from the page, including via the browser’s ‘Back’ button, and return to the page that the Promoted Content was displayed on.
Promoted Content Posters are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Do not use tracking cookies to track users across sites without full disclosure and consent of the users.
Promoted Content must not target based on sensitive categories.
7. Editorial
Do not use “PETIT PASSEPORT” or allude to PETIT PASSEPORT (the corporation, brand or site) in your Promoted Content. Do not imply affiliation with or an endorsement by PETIT PASSEPORT.

Do not use a symbol in a manner that differs from its standard meaning or in replacement of a letter.
Do not use excessive emojis, gifs, hashtags or the like in your Promoted Content.
Do not repeat words/phrases in your Promoted Content.
Do not include more than one link and one contact method (e.g., either an email address or a phone number) in your Promoted Content.
PETIT PASSEPORT only allows Promoted Content to be posted in English. Including single-language translations or single-language phrases in Promoted Content may be acceptable and is at the discretion of PETIT PASSEPORT’s Promoted Content Review Process.
8. Miscellaneous
Promoted Content Posters are expected to comply with local legal and regulatory requirements in addition to these Promoted Content Services Policies.
We may run pilot Promoted Content campaigns.
